How your order gets to you

Orders are picked and packed within one business day of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next working day. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is accepted, and a second email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 11 days. Rather than quoting a single optimistic number, each product page breaks the estimate down by likelihood — typically around 5–6 days for the majority of orders, a smaller share landing at 7–8 days, and a small minority at 9–11 days. The three figures always add up to 100%, so you see the full picture rather than just the best case.

Estimates are based on the destination and the fulfilment route for that specific item, and they run from dispatch, not from the moment you click buy.

We ship worldwide. Orders are charged in USD at checkout; the local currency shown alongside each price is a live conversion for reference, not the exact amount your bank will settle. Any import duty or tax levied by your country is the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no way to prepay it on your behalf.

Every order ships with tracking. The dispatch email carries the tracking number and carrier link, and if you have an account the same details sit in your order history at any time.

Occasionally a parcel stalls in transit. If your order passes the top of its estimate window with no movement, email us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves. If it can't be located, we'll reship or refund in full — we won't ask you to fight the courier on our behalf.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it, and we won't ask you to pay return shipping on something that arrived faulty.
