By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the store.

Adding something to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Very occasionally we may need to decline or cancel an order — a pricing error, a stock issue, or a suspected fraudulent transaction — in which case you're refunded in full and we'll tell you why.

All prices are set and charged in USD. The local currency displayed next to each price is a live conversion offered for convenience only; it is an estimate, and the amount your bank settles may differ slightly depending on their rate and fees. Prices exclude any import duty or tax your country may apply on delivery.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Screens vary, so colours may render differently on your device. Where a description turns out to be wrong in a way that matters, the return policy applies and we'll cover the cost of putting it right.

Delivery estimates and the 30-day return window are set out on the Shipping and Returns pages, and those terms form part of this agreement.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate details — an incorrect delivery address is the most common cause of a lost parcel. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or anything that puts the store or other customers at risk.

Anything you submit — a review, a message, a photo — must be yours to share and must not be unlawful or abusive. We may remove content that breaches that, and we may display submitted reviews on the relevant product page.

Please don't scrape the site, attempt to break its security, resell our content, or use the store to do anything unlawful. Our branding, copy, and page design belong to us; product imagery may belong to the respective makers or suppliers.

We stand behind what we sell, and the return and refund terms above are your primary remedy if something goes wrong. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
